It is characterized in that: heat preservation and hot mixing facilities are installed on the external surface of the aforesaid water vessel (1), inside the water vessel (1), on the external surface of the stand (4), inside the stand (4), on the external surface of or inside the water supply pipeline (6) besides the stand (4), so that this new utility model can work normally at outdoor in winter, which ensures convenient application and protects the facility from the damage of icing.
