Summary: | The new utility model discloses an automatic controller for the irrigation of crop. It falls into the technical category of automatic controlling facility for the water inlet and outlet in agricultural irrigation. The model comprises of the cylinder body, cylinder lid, inlet pipe, inlet valve, discharge pipe, discharge valve, fluid control device, spring, connecting pipe and clay pipe, etc. A fluid control device is placed upon the flap of discharge valve; a hollow extruding interface is placed at the top of the fluid control device; a membrane is set at the bottom of the fluid control device; a longitudinal spring is fixed in between the membrane and the interface; the interface of the fluid control device is connected to an end of the connecting pipe; another end of the connecting pipe, after passing through the hole of the cylinder lid, is connected to the clay pipe; the flap of the discharge valve is connected to the membrane via the guy cable. This new utility model changes the manual determination of irrigation duration and volume into the automatic one, so as to save the labor and water, enhance the output and realize high efficiency. This automatic controller, with feasible design, simple structure, accurate measuring, lower cost, convenient installation and operation, is suitable for promotion in the rural area, especially the area with no or insufficient power supply or insufficient water. |
