Summary:he present utility model relates to a special gear box assembly for engineering vehicles mainly comprising a box body(13), transmission shafts mounted on the box body(13), a gear mounted on the transmission shafts, a shifting fork shaft and a transmission(14) characterized in that the transmission shafts(I),(II),(III),(IV)and(V)are mounted in the wall of the box body(13) respectively through bearings, slide gears and fixing gears mounted respectively on each of the transmission shafts. The said gear box uses a vertical structure, the output of the transmission box being uniform basically with the front and rear bridges' axis, and has high transmission efficiency to increase the service life of the universal joint.
