The present utility model discloses a hydraulic torque converter applied to cold milling machine. It includes an impeller, an imported pressure control valve, an exported pressure control valve and a scavenging pump which form the hydraulic loop. In said hydraulic torque converter, the main oil pump provides the pressure oil the hydraulic loop needs, and the lubricating oil filter and the pressure control valve on the lubricating oil path connect with the lubricating oil path in main machine through said hydraulic loop and said hydraulic torque converter respectively, said hydraulic torque converter still includes a double-unloading-loop integrated valve block set between said main oil pump and said hydraulic torque converter. The present utility model uses a set of hydraulic control loops, it can maintain the original variable moment and limit moment, flexible transmission and vibration isolation when the transmission device works normally, and reach the double-unloading role of the hydraulic torque converter applied to cold milling machine through the switch of the hydraulic control loop when the working machine stops.
