Summary:A film electrostatic adsorption device belongs to a coiling component for collecting in a production line of cast films. An insulating casing is made of polymer materials and is made into a shaping plate, and an aluminium strobe is arranged in the shaping plate. Steel needles are inlaid at one side of the aluminium strobe, and the steel needles are uniformly distributed on the aluminium strobe. One end of the aluminium strobe is provided with a joint which is in external connection with a high-voltage power supply, so a power supply is switched on. An ion flow and an electrostatic field are formed between the steel needles on the aluminium strobe and a coiling roller and can cause films between the electrostatic field to be tightly adsorbed on a coiling shaft of the coiling roller or on the barrel surface of a paper barrel to coil the films following the rotation of the coiling roller.
