Summary:The utility model relates to a laryngeal mask for an air passage. The utility model comprises a discoid laryngeal mask body which is formed by a hollow tube body end to end, a mask sac which is positioned in the laryngeal mask body and is connected with a lower connecting part at the inner side of the laryngeal mask body, a connecting piece which is fixed on the mask sac and is connected with an upper connecting part at the inner side of the laryngeal mask body, and an aeration catheter which is arranged in a back cut of the connecting piece. The utility model is characterized in that the lower part of the mask sac forms an oblique cone shape with long bevels, the upper part of the mask sac is extended to form a tubular mask sac engaging part, and the outer surface of the mask sac forms a gluing face; the lower part of the connecting piece forms an oblique cone shape with long bevels, the upper part of the connecting piece forms a tubular connecting piece engaging part, and the inner surface of the connecting piece and the gluing face of the mask sac are glued together. Because the mask sac engaging part of the utility model is tightly connected with the inside of the connecting piece engaging part, the lower surface of the mask sac is smooth and fluent and is not easy to deposit dirt; meanwhile, an aeration meatus is high, deep and fluent without barriers, aeration effect is enhanced, an epiglottis portion of a patient's larynx does not shield the aeration meatus of the laryngeal mask, therefore the aeration and safety performance of the laryngeal mask are enhanced.
