Summary:The utility model discloses a heat exchanger with spiral baffle plates at unequal distances. The utility model is composed of tube plates, spiral baffle plates, a draw rod, a distance fixing tube, a heat exchange tube and a shell body, wherein the tube plates are positioned on both sides of the utility model, the draw rod and the heat exchange tube penetrate through the baffle plates, the draw rod is sheathed with the distance fixing tube, the distance fixing tube is positioned between two corresponding baffle plates in a screw pitch and the baffle plates are arranged between the two tube plates at unequal distances. The utility model reasonably designs the different distances of the baffle plates, and satisfies the requirements of condensation (evaporation) devices with different volumes and flow speeds. Thus, the utility model improves heat-transfer capability, reduces flowing pressure drop, avoids the damage on heat transfer devices in evaporation process, and ensures high-efficiency and safe operation of devices. The utility model can improve heat transfer capability by more than 10 percent, and reduce fluid pressure drop of condensation devices by more than 10 percent. Under the same technological condition, the manufacturing cost of the utility model is not increased.
