An output end of the force-taking device is connected in series with a variable hydraulic pump and a gear hydraulic pump. On the drive shaft is sleeved a reducing gear box, in which an input shaft is installed. A running hydraulic motor is connected to one end of the input shaft. A pair of reducing gears meshing with each other are installed on the input shaft and the drive shaft in the reducing gear box, wherein one reducing gear and the drive shaft are installed and connected together through a clutch. An engine throttle control foot treadle is linked with a variable hydraulic pump control foot treadle.
