Summary: | The utility model relates to an auxiliary positioning device for grinding a cathode ray tube glass cone positioning block, which belongs to the device field of equipment on the production line. The utility model is fixed on the side surface of a work table of a grinding machine of the glass cone positioning block, and an installation frame is fixed on an inclined position with an inclined angle corresponding to a work table surface. An auxiliary positioning air cylinder is supported by the installation frame. A rod near to the lower end of the air cylinder is connected with a spring and a nylon top head, and the side part of the air cylinder is provided with an air cylinder adjusting mechanism for adjusting the position. A spring adjusting mechanism is arranged on a spring connecting point on the lower side of the air cylinder. The end part of the nylon top head is provided with a top head adjusting mechanism for adjusting position. The device ensures the exact positioning of the glass cone before the grinding for the positioning block to widen the process area for adjusting a positioning gap. The defect of the positioning block caused by the change of the periphery of the semi-finished glass cone is avoided. |
