The inner wall is connected with a nozzle 10 respectively through a lateral service piping 11. The nozzle 10 is fixed on the sloped tube nozzle 16 of the barrel 3. The barrel 3 at one end of the hydrated lime discharge port 5 is provided with a dust excluding hood 14. Because the energy saving environment protection quick lime mixing and eliminating device utilizes blast furnace elevated temperature flushing cinder water to replace manufacturing new water, the digestion time of quick lime is shortened, and new water is saved, and the digesting of quick lime reaches the best effect. The newly-added dust excluding hood not only guarantees that the surrounding environment is not polluted, but also ensures that the temperature inside the mixing and eliminating device and the corresponding post of duty cannot be too high.
