A circulating pump is additionally arranged on the water film deduster, a water suction pipe of the circulating pump is communicated with the bottom part of the water film deduster, a water outlet of the circulating pump is communicated with the top part of the water film deduster and the lower part of the water film deduster is connected with a slurry discharge pipe. The utility model has the advantages that spray water in the deduster carries out self circulation by the circulating pump, when the spray water reach a definite concentration to form hot slurry, a bottom valve of the water film deduster is opened and the slurry can be exhausted out. Because 90 percent of a large quantity of technical hot water directly enters a pre-liquifying pot and is mixed with materials, temperature can not be reduced due to blast, only a minute quantity of steam needs to be used for heating and a large quantity of steam can be saved thereby. |
