Summary:The utility model relates to a waterwheel generator. In order to achieve purposes, the utility model comprises a set of driving mechanism, a water-storing tank arranged above the driving mechanism, a water-storing pool arranged below the driving mechanism, a generator set which is connected with the driving mechanism and driven by a gearbox, and a water-pumping device used for pumping water in the water-storing pool to the water-storing tank, wherein the driving mechanism comprises shafts which are parallel with each other and arranged up and down in a separating mode, an upper rotating wheel and a lower rotating wheel which are sheathed on the shafts. The upper rotating wheel is connected with the lower rotating wheel through a conveying belt, a plurality of continuous water buckets with consistent opening directions are uniformly arranged on the conveying belt, wherein the openings of the water buckets arranged on one side of the conveying belt are upward and corresponds to the water outlet of the water-storing tank. A coaxial secondary wheel is integrally arranged on the lower rotating wheel, and the secondary wheel is connected with the generator set. Water-level controllers are respectively arranged in the water-storing tank and the water-storing pool, and a piece of silencing sponge is arranged at the position corresponding to the water-pouring position of the water buckets. The utility model is suitable for small-scale use in remote areas with rich water sources.
