Because the inspection and repair pipe of the buried gate valve on-off inspection and repair device is connected with the valve body, the buried gate valve on-off inspection and repair device disengages from the existing large box culvert type structure; only a part inside the inspection and repair pipe is needed to be exposed, and that is, a valve cover inside the inspection and repair pipe is needed to be exposed, and the rest part of the valve body is buried underground; when the valve is inspected and repaired, the valve cover, a valve rod which is connected with the valve cover and a valve flap which is connected with the valve cover are disassembled from the inspection and repair pipe to be integrally replaced; meanwhile, the dimension of the cover arranged on the inspection and repair pipe decreases and the weight of the cover is reduced, so the value of being stolen does not exists already. During construction, after the inspection and repair pipe is connected with the valve body, the buried gate valve on-off inspection and repair device is buried underground, and only a box cover is exposed; when the valve is opened and closed, the box cover is opened and the valve rod is rotated by a rotation device.
