Summary: | The utility model relates to a large current, no local discharging transformer casing tube which comprises an oil wire connecting terminal 4, a current carrying conductor 5, an air wire connecting terminal 1, a flange 3 and a porcelain casing 2, wherein the current carrying conductor 5 adopts a copper tube or a pure aluminum bar; the flange 3 adopts an aluminum alloy flange which is connected with the position below the porcelain casing 2 in a casting way. The porcelain casing surface between the lowest umbrella of the porcelain casing 2 and the flange 3 is sintered into a semiconducting glaze layer 6; because the current carrying conductor is used as a high voltage electroplate, a grounding electroplate is formed from the aluminum alloy flange and the semiconducting glaze, a basic uniform electric field is formed, a capacitor screen is not arranged at the middle, and a composite insulation is formed form an oil interval and a porcelain wall; the utility model ensures that the level of locally discharging with test voltage is below 5 PC. Compared with the prior art, the utility model has the characteristics of small size, favorable heat dissipation conditions, superior electric property, low cost, beautiful appearance, free maintenance, low failure rate, etc. |
