Summary: | The utility model relates to a thermodynamic expansion valve with a filtering function, which comprises a valve body and a valve core member which is synergistically driven by an air box head member and an adjusting spring, wherein the valve body is provided with an inlet, an outlet and a valve port which is communicated with the inlet and the outlet; the air box head member is provided with a diaphragm which responds to superheat change to act; the valve core member comprises a transmission rod which responds to the action of the diaphragm and a valve core which is positioned beside the valve port, and the valve core responds to the action of the transmission rod. The utility model is characterized in that the inlet is connected with a filter. When a refrigeration system operates, impurities which are brought in by the manufacture of each functional element and on-site installation places are isolated in the front of the inlet of the thermostatic expansion valve to prevent the impurities from flowing in a loop circuit of the refrigeration system; therefore, the possibility of the phenomenon that clogging and the uneven distribution of flow fields cause the expansion valve to have the bad phenomena of oscillation generation, noise, disconnected air, etc. can be avoided; the normal operation of the whole refrigeration system can be ensured. |
