The utility model provides the portable sucking and blowing machine which can be used for blowing and can also be used for wind suction and dust suction by aiming at the defect of single use function existing in the present hand-held blowers and dust suction machines. The portable sucking and blowing machine comprises a machine body, a converting ring, a wind impeller, and a motor, wherein an output shaft of the motor, which is fixed to the machine body, is inserted into the machine body; the wind impeller is fixed to the output shaft of the motor; an outer wind passage and an inner wind passage are arranged on the machine body; the point of a shaft direction of the wind impeller at the outer wind passage of the machine body is provided with a wind inlet which communicates the inner wind passage with the outer wind passage. A head part of the machine body is a five-way structure, and the converting ring is a tubular structure. A straight wind passage and an L-shaped air passage are arranged on the converting ring. The point of a lower through opening of the head part of the machine body is provided with a fixing frame of a dust suction bag for connecting the dust suction bag. The fixing frame of the dust suction bag is connected with the point of the lower through opening of the head part of the machine body by a clamping buckle.
