A non-metallic hard material layer 2 which is matched with the shape of the handle is contracted and sheafed on the outer surface of the handle. A non-metallic flexible material layer 3 which is matched with the non-metallic hard material layer 2 is contracted and sheafed on the non-metallic hard material layer 2. By adopting the movable spanner handle with the structure, users can feel comfortable no matter whether the utility model is used in winter or in summer. Consequently, work efficiency can not be affected.
