The utility model relates to a portable electronic device, which comprises a top cover and a base, wherein an electronic component is contained and fixed in the base; the base comprises a guiding rail used as an assembling reference surface; an elastomer is arranged on the base and is butting with the electronic component; the electronic component is clamped between the guiding rail and the elastomer; the base also comprises a supporting body arranged on a bottom board of the base; a sliding member is contained in the supporting body in a sliding way; the sliding member comprises a stopping part; the electronic component comprises a bulge part stopped by the stopping part of the sliding member. The electronic component of the portable electronic device is clamped between the guiding rail and the elastomer; the bulge part of the electronic component is stopped by the stopping part of the sliding member, which causes the electronic component to be fixed; the electronic component can be taken out only through sliding the sliding member so as to cause the blocking part thereof to disengage from the bulge part of the electronic component in disassembly; thereby, the process of assembling and disassembling the electronic component becomes rapid and convenient.
