The utility model discloses a seat which comprises a backrest part, a sitting part and foot parts, wherein the backrest part is connected in series with the sitting part by a guide rod. The foot parts are connected with the guide rod by a connecting seat; one end of the connecting seat is sheathed with a pulley which is used for contacting ground or floors; the other end of the connecting seat is pivoted with the foot parts by a pivoted device; each of the foot parts comprises a connection part and a plurality of jaw parts, and the connection parts are used as the center of the jaw parts which outwards expand; the jaw parts are provided with intervals; the end part of each of the jaw parts is sheathed with a foot seat which is used for contacting the ground or the floors and supporting the seat and does not support slide. The pivoted device is used as a shaft core by the connecting seat which is arranged between the two adjacent jaw parts. The regional slide is generated by the sitting part through the pulley; the active range is limited by the intervals between the two jaw parts.
