The shunting cover in the utility model can avoid the snowmelt agent in the box pressing on the screw vane, and prevents a screw bolt from deforming to clamp or scrapes the wall of the box. The bridge breaking rod can break the agglomerate snowmelt agent to prevent from bridging, and the snowmelt agent does not remain.
