The leakage pipe is used for controlling water quantity in the water storage disk. The funnel is hidden in a tripod foot, and the funnel can receive excess water which flows out of the water storage disk through the leakage pipe. In addition, the utility model comprises a container and a magnetic disk for providing different purposes.
