Summary: | The utility model relates to a redundant cross speed adjuster with a double channel of microcomputer for a digital large hydroturbine, the system of which comprises an adjustor and an electrohydraulic servo system which comprises a self adjusting main channel and a subsidiary channel, wherein the self adjusting main channel comprises two microcomputer adjustors A and B which are in redundant connection and a mechanical hydraulic system main channel, and the self adjusting subsidiary channel comprises a microcomputer adjustor C and a mechanical hydraulic subsidiary channel / a mechanical (electrical) manual mechanism; when the main channel is operated, the subsidiary channel does not affect the work of the main channel but tracks the main channel, the target value is adjusted to be coincident with that of the main channel by a guide vane servomotor of the subsidiary channel and the undisturbed transfer of main channel and the subsidiary channel can be realized. The independent double PLC redundant adjustors have cross redundant and fault tolerant design, the cross redundant double PLC control structure is formed by the communication and the software, and stronger fault tolerant capacity can be provided, the utility model can tolerate the failure situation of non isonomy modules of two single units, and a normal complete machine can be formed in a cross way and the normal work of the speed adjuster can be carried out. |
