The utility model has the technical points that the outer ring surfaces of an upper cover plate and a base of the gas permeation chamber are provided with a metallic knife-edge seal or a metallic arc opening seal, and the upper cover plate and the base are used for clamping a groove of a vacuum sealing rubber ring of a sample film to be measured; the upper cover plate and the base of the gas permeation chamber are connected into a whole by a tightening outer thread sleeve; the gas permeation chamber adopts an ultra-high vacuum baffle valve and an ultra-high vacuum insert plate valve; the vacuum testing meter is a capacitance thin film vacuum meter.
