The linkage frame is tightly fixed on a crossbeam of a car by a linkage board and a bolt, so the snow removing shovel is firmly connected with the car into an entirety. The working power source of the snow removing shovel is provided by a battery cell of the car to actuate a lubricant pump. The snow removing shovel is controlled and operated by the power control valve to move up, down, right and left. In this way, the utility model can sweep the snow accumulated on the ground cleanly at a speed of 3-30 km/h.
