The shaft sleeve 1 which penetrates through taper holes formed by the turned over edges of the two hub connecting plates (2, 3) is respectively welded together with the two hub connecting plates(2, 3), the flat plate parts of the two hub connecting plates (2, 3) are abutted together, and are fixedly connected by a bolt (5). An annular space (7) is encircled by the two hub connecting plates (2, 3) and the outer wall of the shaft sleeve (1), and an eyelet (4) which is used in the communication of the annular space (7) and the ambient air is arranged on the two hub connecting plates (2, 3). The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, simpler manufacturing process and low cost, and the utility model satisfies the requirement of the integral structure of the small-sized children dune buggy.
