Summary:The utility model belongs to a transmission and distribution device which relates to an outdoor box type complete capacitor used for line-damaged compensation at a power transformation station, and comprises a triphase compensating capacitor bank, triphase discharge-voltage mutual inductors, triphase reactors and triphase arresters, wherein the triphase compensating capacitor bank is divided into basic operation banks and supplemental operation banks, discharge coils of the triphase discharge-voltage mutual inductors are respectively connected with the triphase compensating capacitor bank in parallel, the output ends and the neutral points of the triphase compensating capacitor bank are respectively connected by the triphase reactors, and the input ends and the grounding ends of the primary operation banks of the triphase compensating capacitor bank are respectively connected by the triphase arresters; furthermore, a circuit also comprises a four-pole three-station switch, the input ends of the primary operation banks and the supplemental operation banks of the compensating capacitor bank are connected with the switch, and the output ends, the grounding ends and the neutral points of the compensating capacitor bank are also connected to the switch. The utility model can conveniently regulate the capacity of the compensating capacitor, and has the advantages of compact structure and small ground occupation and safe and reliable operation.
