The water inner bag is heated, when the hot smoke flows across the clearance between the water inner bag cover and the water inner bag, with the positive effect of the utility model, and the water inner bag is heated again; meanwhile, the smoke having the waste heat flows across the clearance between the outer cover and the water inner bag cover, a good insulating layer is formed, and the fuel thermal efficiency can be improved by 25-30%. The other positive effect of the utility model is that the smoke is dispersed and cooled in the clearance between the water inner bag and the water inner bag cover and between the water inner bag cover and the outer cover, in favor of the sedimentation of the powder dust in the smoke, and most of the powder dust are deposited on the lower part of the boiler body; the dust content of the smoke is decreased, the discharge standard can be easily achieved, in favor of the environmental protection.
