The utility model comprises a lock bolt, a front fixed plate, a back fixed plate, and a U-shaped card. The lock bolt is composed of a lock sleeve, a lock core, a lock core tongue, a lock core shaft and a steel ball which are sheathed in the lock sleeve. The lock core tongue is inserted into the lock core shaft. The lock core shaft is provided with a spiral groove which is matched with the steel ball. The lock sleeve is provided with a steel ball hole which is smaller than the steel ball. The lock sleeve and the lock core are fixed by a pin nail. The front fixed plate and the back fixed plate are all provided with a lock bole hole and a screw bolt hole. The front fixed plate and the back fixed plate are respectively fixed on a shock absorber through the U-shaped card.
