Summary: | The utility model relates to a device for producing column type active carbon particles, comprising a stamping head, a die carrier separately installed on a press platform, a hollow chamber in the die carrier, a bottom formwork in the hollow chamber, a submodule bore on the bottom formwork, a submodule embedded in the submodular bore and a stamping bore on the submodule. The lower part of the die carrier is connected with the hollow chamber and is from the top to the bottom provided with an inverted frustum body hollow chamber and a discharge port; the bottom formwork is inserted into the frustum shaped hollow chamber by closely self-lock type; the shape of the bottom formwork is in shape of a frustum body or a complex whose upper part is a cylinder and lower part is a frustum body. Compared with the prior art, the utility model has the advantages of reasonable structure, strong bearing, non breach for the die carrier, the bottom formwork and the submodule, easy replacement, long service life, light weight, high efficiency, low cost, etc. |
