A fourth coupling structure can be formed together by a left abdominal belt, the other end of the connecting end of a left waist side edge, a right abdominal belt and the other end of the connecting end of a right waist side edge, and the second coupling components are connected on the abdominal belts, which can make the front dress piece and the back dress piece be interconnected.
