Summary:The utility model relates to a plasma welding gun with small current. An insulating frame is arranged between an upper gun body and a lower gun body, both sides in the upper gun body are respectively provided with an upper flow channels, both sides in the lower gun body are respectively provided with a lower flow channel, the lower flow channels on both of the two sides of the gun body are respectively communicated with the upper flow channels on both of the two corresponding sides of the upper gun body to form a concatenation cooling loop. A supporting positioning device of a tungsten electrode is arranged between a tungsten electrode and a metal spraying nozzle. The plasma gun of the utility model can realize good cooling of the spraying nozzle of the lower gun body and can raise the concentricity of the tungsten electrode and the spraying nozzle, and thus the plasma welding under low current below 100 amp can be realized. The utility model can be used for welding small elements and thin elements, and consequently, the application range of the plasma gun is widened.
