The utility model relates to a grinding roll used for grinding on roll grind pulverizers. The grinding roll is composed of a grinding roll sleeve, a grinding roll core, a grinding roll shaft, a tip press cap and a clamp nut. Connecting structures with parallel installing tapers are equipped between the inner hole of the grinding roll core and the grinding roll shaft, and between the outer circle of the grinding roll core and the grinding roll sleeve. The connecting angle of taper of the latter is bigger than that of the former. The clamp nut at one end of the grinding roll shaft tightly presses the grinding roll sleeve on the grinding roll core through the tip press cap and drives the grinding roll core to tightly press on the grinding roll shaft simultaneously, which makes all the parts of the grinding roll be assembled together.
