A discharge door and a control mechanism of the discharge door are arranged under a mixing chamber on a machine body. A feed port is arranged above the mixing chamber, and the both sides of the mixing chamber are provided with pipelines, and cold air is entered into the mixing chamber by the pipelines. The height of the air inlet connected with the pipelines and the machine body is lower than the height of the climax of rotary locus of the rotors. The utility model is simple and reasonable in structure, easy in manufacturing and convenient in using and operation. The cold air is inlet when materials are mixed and flipped, and the cooling effect is good.
