Summary:The utility model discloses a user equipment for high-speed shared control channels, provided with a 1 / 2 speed rate rotating code device. The rotating code device is equipped with an input, which can receive a user equipment identification code(UEID) and generate an information code with 1 / 2 speed rate rotating code. A rate adaption device is equipped with an input, which can receive the information code and generate a scrambling information code with matched speed rate. Additionally, a mixing device is used for mixing and receiving the data of high-speed shared control channels(HS-SCCH) and the scrambling information code. So the non-scrambling action of the high rate shared control communication channels(HS-SCCH) is proceeded.
