The end fly-lock joint is movably connected with the barrel. The top of the first fly-lock joint is connected with a reverse lock hook. The exit end of the barrel is movably connected with the barrel lid. The outside of the barrel is equipped with a barrel lid switch. The appliance can be used as an auxiliary tool for law-enforcement persons to capture and arrest escaping persons.
