The frequency doubling device with polarizing modulation is characterized in that the frequency doubling device with polarizing modulation also comprises a polarization modulator which is arranged on the light path between the two non-linear optics frequency doubling crystals, at least one resonant cavity mirror is arranged on the inputting light path in front of one non-linear frequency doubling crystal, and a laser crystal is arranged on the light path between the non-linear frequency doubling crystal and the resonant cavity mirror; at least one resonant cavity mirror is arranged on the outputting light path of the other non-linear frequency doubling crystal, and the pump laser source is installed in front of the resonant cavity mirror to form the intracavity frequency doubling. The frequency doubling device with polarizing modulation of the utility model can adjust the electric field vector separation angle of the base frequency light and the frequency doubling light to eliminate the coherence and cancellation effect, and at least improve the frequency doubling efficiency by more than one time through adopting the parameters of the polarization modulator.
