Summary: | The utility model relates to a radiating module which is used for the radiating of heating devices. The utility model is for solving the problem of lower radiating efficiency caused by poor temperature distribution uniformity in existing radiating modules. Wherein a plurality of heat pipes are embedded on the base plate of a radiator with a radiating fin so as to improve the heat conducting property of the base plate of the radiator and reduce the temperature gradient inside the entire base plate plane, and the radiating efficiency is improved consequently; meanwhile, one or a plurality of VAPORCHAMBERs(steam chamber type flat plate heat pipe) are arranged in a backplane so as to improve the heat conducting property of the backplane and reduce the temperature gradient inside the entire backplane plane, and the radiating efficiency is improved consequently; using the two together has large effect on improving the radiating efficiency, and the utility model has the advantages of higher reliability and small maintenance workload. |
