The anti-theft manhole cover mainly is composed of a keyhole, a connecting rod, a rocker, a slot, a key and a rotary shaft. The anti-theft manhole cover is characterized in that: the top end of the key is embedded at the inner side of the keyhole, and the outer side of the keyhole is connected by screws at the middle cross position of the rocker. One end of the manhole cover is connected by welding at the inner side of the slot, and the outer side of the slot is contacted with the outer side of a boss.
