Disclosed is a cement concrete seamless tube steel die, the upper end and lower end rolling ring flanges thereof are fixedly connected with flanges by bolts and nuts, a pipe mould steel plate and a strengthening column are both welded with the flange, a cement pipe lower flake is positioned on the lower end rolling ring flange, a ring reinforcing bar has a welding spot soldering with the pipe mould steel plate and the strengthening column, an eccentric shaft is fixedly welded on the two sides at the middle part of the strengthening column, the shaft is welded with a reinforcing plate, the surface of the inner wall in the die has a cement and slurry layer, which can extend the service life of the die and make the mold releasing easier, the die is the integral welding structure with big rigidity and high strength, the die can improve the quality of the product without defections of blowholes and air holes, the surface of the die is smooth and not easy to wear and tear.
