Summary: | The utility model discloses an ultrasonic vibration and excitation stator standing at a modality of bend and vibration and a motor equipped with the stator. A metal post of stator to which a piezoelectric sheet is stuck consists of a metal post (7-1), a piezoelectric ceramic sheet (7-2) and a piezoelectric ceramic sheet (7-3), wherein a surface (7-1-1) and a surface (7-1-2) are arranged on the cylindrical surface of the metal post (7-1) and keep vertical mutually; a rectangular (7-2) and a rectangular (7-3) are polarized so that one surface is a positive electrode and the other surface is a negative electrode, wherein the surfaces positioned at the (7-2) and the (7-3) with the same polarity are respectively stuck to the surfaces (7-1-1) and (7-1-2); the external surfaces of the (7-2) and the (7-3) are respectively connected with an electric contact (7-4) and an electric contact (7-5). A mini ultrasonic motor comprises a rotor (8), a matching block of stator (9), a spring (10), a rotor shaft (11) and a metal post of stator (7) to which a piezoelectric sheet is stuck. The lower end plane of the matching block of stator (9) is cohered to the upper end plane of the metal post of stator (7). The utility model greatly promotes the micromation and practicability of the ultrasonic motor and faces a bright application perspective in the fields of biology, medical treatment, mini machinery and defense technology. |
