An energy-saving device pertains to technical field of cooking utensils accessories. The device comprises a lever mechanism, a compression bar is connected with one end of the lever mechanism, and the other end thereof is a connecting piece to connect an air valve and a fuel valve. The lever mechanism comprises a rotary tray with rotary axle, an cross bar is fixedly connected with the rotary tray, the outer end of the cross bar is connected with the lower end of the compression bar; a return spring and a pull wire are provided on the tray side opposite to the cross bar, the pull wire is connected with the air valve and the regulating bar of the fuel valve. The lever mechanism further comprises a cross bar with rotary axle, one end of the cross bar is connected with the lower end of the compression bar, the other end thereof is provided with a return spring and a pull wire which is connected with the air valve and the regulating valve of the fuel valve. The device further comprises a shell, the lever mechanism is arranged inside the shell, the rotary axle of the lever mechanism is fixed on the inner wall of the shall, the compression bar extends out of the upper cover plate of the shell, the pull wire of the air valve extends out of the lower cover plate of the shell and connected with the regulating bar of the air valve. When the device is arranged on the ordinary diesel kitchen range, the utility model can realize the automatic operation, synchronous operation of the air valve and fuel valve with good energy-saving effects.
