Summary:A self temperature control electric heat source relates to an electric heating device, which comprises essentially a plate-shaped box body, a self-limiting electric heating cable and metal foil adhesive tapes, wherein the plate-shaped box body is arranged with a heat-preserving layer; the metal foil adhesive tapes are used as electric shielding parts; the self-limiting electric heating cable is fixed and arranged on the heat-preserving layer in the plate-shaped box body via metal foil adhesive tapes; neighboring metal foil adhesive tapes for fixing the self-limiting electric heating cable are connected via metal foil adhesive tapes. Compared with the prior art, the utility model increases the self-regulating output power, the self-compensating and self-temperature controlling performance, expands the general arranging adaptability, and solves the technical problems in the use safety of the product; the preheating time for start is short; the electrical connection can be conducted so conveniently that various arranging types including juxtaposition or tandem connection can be arbitrarily adopted to constitute circuits able to satisfy requirements of different temperature grades and diverse places. The utility model can be widely applied to a wall, a dado, a ceiling or a floor for indoor heating, and can also be used as a ground ice and snow thawing device or as a heating and heat-preserving device for an implement, a baking oven, a greenhouse or a swimming pool.
