The test, force added control device consists of a photoelectric cell(1), a time relay(2) and an electromagnetic valve(3) which controls the cylinder(4) move downward; the flexibility force added edge broke device consists of a cylinder(4), an upper pressed plate(7), a lower pressed plate(8), a spring(9), a pressed wheel(10) and a supporting idler(13); the upper pressed plate(7) is connected with the cylinder(4), the spring is arranged between the upper pressed plate and the lower pressed plate, the pressed wheel(10) is arranged at the bottom of the pressed plate(8), the supporting idler(13) is arranged at the lower part of the glass. Due to add the automatic test and flexibility added device, the utility model make the device has a bigger space to adjust, the whole force added device has the flexibility to has a certain amortization for breaking the glass edge, and can greatly improve the finished product rate of the product, and reduce the cost. |
