Summary:A golf training machine belongs to fitness equipment, comprising a base, a pedestal and a footrest, a swing mechanism, a headrest. The swing mechanism comprises a main shaft, an angle adjustment plate, a force arm, an articulated pin, an extension arm, a locking bolt, a crank, a club, an arm of tensile force, a pin, a cross frame, a bottom pin and an elastic rope. A sleeve is engaged on the pedestal, and the main shaft is mounted on the sleeve. The cross frame is fixed on the sleeve. The pedestal has a row of adjustment holes. The sleeve has a threaded hole. Adjustment bolts are inserted in the adjustment holes of the pedestal through the threaded hole of the sleeve. A counterweight wheel is fixed under the arm of tensile force. A universal coupling is mounted between a cross support and the club which is articulated to the end of the cross support. The headrest is adjustable in three-dimension. Two castors are mounted at the rear of the base. And the footrest is connected with the base by hinge axis. The golf training machine has more perfect functions which is more convenient for adjusting, portable to handle, and widely applicable to golf trainings.
