The utility model is a quick coupling member for a lamp post and a wiring base equipped at a separate lighting fitting, which essentially consists of a lamp holder and the lamp post, wherein a plug base is locking connected with the end of the lamp holder; a through sleeving hole is equipped at a site at a through hole equipped at a wiring box oppositely coupled with the lamp holder; an inosculating hole passing through an annular plane at the lamp holder is respectively equipped at two sides of the light holder for a plug positioning of lamp post. A plug base is equipped at the end of the lamp holder by locking and used for bringing an exact plug positioning for the plug section of the lamp post; a channel is sunk equipped at the site wherein the lamp post couples oppositely with the inosculating hole of the lamp holder and also equipped with a fixed position-limiting spring sheet. An embedded clipping section at two sides of the position-limiting spring sheet slightly protrudes the external edge of the channel; at the lateral edge of the embedded clipping section is equipped a row-shaped stop terrace which can prevent the lamp post disengaging from the lamp holder after the lamp post is inserted. The structure can reduce an outline of transport and storage and bring a convenience to the user for a self-help assembly.
