Summary: | The utility model relates to a material testing machine, in particular to a microcomputer controlled torsion testing machine, comprising a structural host machine and an electrical control. The testing machine comprises the following devices: a, a sample holding structure adopts an automatic centering holding device with an external rotation and an internal cone; b, an electronic rotating angle measurement equipment is used for the rotating angle measurement in a sample gauge length; c, the electrical control system is an industrial control bus structure. The indexes such as a torque value, a torsion angle and a rotational speed can be set up randomly, and controlled to load automatically by a computer system, thereby being suitable for the requirements of the different tests; a high-accuracy torsion sensor, a photoelectric encoder and a high-accuracy instrument amplifier are adopted, thereby realizing the high-accuracy measurement of every technical index. |
