The ultra long deep cavity plane processing machine tool is fixed with two paralleling cantilever beams (2) at left end of a machine tool (1); the cross sections of the beams are rectangle shaped, upper plane and inner vertical plane of the beams are provided with four pieces of rolling beeline guiding tracks (12); the rolling beeline guiding track (12) is composed of a milling device which comprises a mill head (4), a cutting tool and a supplying box (3); the milling device is embedded between the two beams and also is positioned on the rolling beeline guiding tracks (12); a gear rack pair (11) is positioned between the supplying box and the beams; a supplying rack is positioned in the beams; a motor in the supplying box drives the supplying rack and then the supplying rack drives the supplying box to act; right end of a working platform is provided with a holding cylinder (8) and a cantilever beam position clamp device (9) in order. The utility model adopts a brief supporting beam form, thus greatly improving dynamic stiffness of the machine bed, extending length processing range inner the deep cavity, enhancing processing precision and improving working coarseness and working efficiency. |
