When the locking state of a locking device which is locked needs to be released, after the actuating piece is pushed to move certain distance, the actuating piece is pressed to cause the rotation prevention piece to be pressed to release the clamping and stopping state between the rotation prevention piece and the pipe piece of the handle part; then, the rotation piece and the drawing piece are rotated, and a steel cable line is pulled by the drawing piece to release the locking device. The complex structure of the prior art can be simplified by the utility model, and the utility model is favorable for reducing assembly amount, production cost and assembly cost.
