The utility model is characterized in that the screw tapping head is composed of a hollow shaft and screw blades fixed on the hollow shaft, and the screw blades have a screw water leg type structure. Inlet openings and outlet openings are fixed on the hollow shaft and the screw blades, and the head part of the tapping head is positioned by a bracket fixed on the longitudinal horizontal-shifting and a roller which is installed on the bracket and can move upwards and downwards. A high-pressure air tube is arranged in the hollow shaft, one end of the high-pressure air tube is communicated with an air-jetting hole at the head part of the hollow shaft, and the other end extends out of the hollow shaft and is connected with an air inlet tube.
