Summary: | The utility model relates to a cigarette machine aspiration pipe with adjustable wind speed, which comprises a wind pipe, flanges, a flowmeter and a damper, wherein, the flowmeter and the damper are connected in series through the flanges in the wind pipe. For the convenience of connection to a computer and automation control, the flowmeter is an orifice-plate flowmeter, and the damper is a 702Z-4I type electric butterfly valve or a 702Z-3R type pneumatic butterfly valve. The flanges on both ends of the aspiration pipe can be directly connected with an on-site wind pipe. Back installation, real-time wind speed can be calculated out by the computer according to output signals of the flowmeter, and be compared with a set value to output corresponding signals causing an electric or a pneumatic device to quickly adjust the opened/closed degree of the valve; wind speed errors can be stabilized within the range of about 1 m per second, and the wind speed is frequently kept in line with the set value. The utility model thoroughly solves the wind speed difference problem on a wind inlet of a shred collecting box caused by wind quantity change of a manifold and different lengths of branch pipes, and can be arranged in wind pipes of cigarette factories for conveying materials such as tobacco shreds, tobacco stems, tobacco leaves, etc. |
